LEAK LOCATION

HIDDEN LEAK? WE FIND THE SOURCE.

Pinpointing leaks other companies can't — including the ones hidden under your foundation — across Dallas–Fort Worth.

WHAT LEAK LOCATION IS

DIAGNOSIS, NOT GUESSWORK.

Leak location is the work of finding exactly where a leak is coming from before anyone starts digging or cutting. Equipment can point you in the right direction, but knowing how to read it — and rule out false signals — is what pinpoints the actual failure. That interpretation is the part most companies skip, and it's where we start.

WARNING SIGNS

SIGNS YOU MIGHT HAVE A LEAK.

Leaks don't always show themselves right away. If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a closer look:

  • An unexplained spike in your water bill
  • Warm spots on floors that shouldn't be warm
  • The sound of running water when nothing is turned on
  • Damp, warped, or cracked flooring
  • Sewer odors inside or outside the home

Suspect a leak? Let's find the source before it gets worse.

WATER-SIDE VS. SEWER-SIDE

TWO KINDS OF LEAKS.

Water-side leaks are on the pressurized side of your plumbing — the lines that carry fresh water into the home. They often show up as the signs above. Sewer-side leaks are on the drain side and can be slower to notice, sometimes surfacing as odors, damp yard spots, or recurring backups. The approach to locating each is different, and we handle both.

ALREADY HAD SOMEONE LOOK?

THE SECOND LOOK.

We're often called after another company came out and couldn't find the leak — or found the wrong thing. A second look isn't about redoing their work; it's about taking the time to read what the equipment is actually telling you and confirm the location before anyone digs. That diagnostic approach is the foundation of every job we take on.

Once we've located it, we can also reach it and repair it with our own crews — no handoff to another company.

HOW WE WORK

FIND IT. REACH IT. FIX IT.

01

FIND IT

Leak location is diagnosis. Equipment tells part of the story; knowing how to read it is what pinpoints the actual failure.

02

REACH IT

When the problem is under a slab or a structure, our in-house dig crews tunnel beneath the home or access the slab directly.

03

FIX IT

Repair, reroute, or repipe. We scope the right fix for the problem we found and carry it through to completion.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

LEAK LOCATION FAQ.

How long does leak location take?+
It depends on the situation, but the goal is always the same: confirm the exact source before anyone digs. We take the time to read the equipment properly rather than rushing to a guess.
Do you need to cut into my floor to find the leak?+
Not to locate it. Leak location is a diagnostic step that happens before any cutting or digging. How we reach the pipe is decided only after we know exactly where the problem is.
What if another company already tried to find it?+
That's common for us. A second look is about interpreting the readings fresh and ruling out false signals — not redoing the first company's work.
Can you find leaks under the slab?+
Yes. Under-slab leaks are a core part of what we locate. Once found, our own crews can reach and repair them — no handoff to another company.
