SEWER & DRAIN

MAJOR SEWER PROBLEMS, DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED.

Finding the failure in a sewer line first, then repairing or replacing it with our own crews across Dallas–Fort Worth.

SIGNS OF FAILURE

WHEN A SEWER LINE IS FAILING.

A failing sewer line rarely fails quietly. If more than one of these is happening at once, it's usually more than a clog:

  • Recurring backups in the same drains
  • Multiple slow drains at the same time
  • Sewer odors inside or outside
  • Wet, soggy spots in the yard

Sewer problems don't fix themselves. Call Diamondback.

DIAGNOSIS FIRST

BEFORE ANYONE DIGS.

The first step with a sewer problem is figuring out where and why it failed — not grabbing a shovel. We locate the failure along the line and confirm what's actually wrong before recommending a repair or replacement. A guess costs you a trench you may not have needed.

SEEING THE LINE

WHAT THE CAMERA TELLS US.

A sewer camera shows us the inside of the line — where a crack, collapse, or root intrusion sits, and how far out it is. That tells us whether the right answer is a targeted repair of one section or replacing the line, and it keeps the digging focused on the part that actually failed.

THE PROCESS

DIAGNOSE. REACH. REPAIR.

01

DIAGNOSE

Locate the failure along the sewer line and confirm what's actually wrong before any digging starts.

02

REACH

Our own crews handle the excavation to get to the failed section — no handoff to another company.

03

REPAIR

Targeted repair or full line replacement, depending on what we found. We carry it through to completion.

If the line is failing because the broader system is aging, a repipe may be part of the conversation.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

SEWER & DRAIN FAQ.

Do I need my whole sewer line replaced?+
Not necessarily. After we diagnose the line, the right answer might be a targeted repair of the failed section or a full replacement — it depends on what we find and the condition of the rest of the line.
Why dig up the yard before you know what's wrong?+
We don't. Diagnosis comes first. We locate the failure and confirm the cause before any excavation, so the digging is focused on the part that actually failed.
Can roots really break a sewer line?+
Roots are a common cause of sewer line problems. They enter through small cracks or joints and can grow enough to block or break the line over time. A camera inspection shows us exactly what's happening.
Do you handle the excavation yourselves?+
Yes. Our own crews handle the dig and the repair, so the job stays under one roof from diagnosis through completion — no handoff to another company.
